1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of purchase with no credits used
- Severe technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate charges
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Some or all credits have been used
- More than 7 days since purchase
- Account banned for violating terms of service
- Dissatisfaction with processing results (AI results may vary by image)
3. Refund Process
- Send an email to support@removetexts.com
- Use "Refund Request" as the email subject
- Include in your email: registered email, purchase date, reason for refund
- We will respond to your request within 3 business days
- Once approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Special Circumstances
If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us and we will handle them on a case-by-case basis:
- Processing results significantly differ from expectations
- High failure rate during batch processing
- Other reasonable refund requests
5. Partial Refunds
In certain special cases, we may offer partial refunds or credit compensation, as determined by our customer service team.
