RemoveTexts (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is an AI-powered image processing tool designed to remove text, watermarks, and unwanted objects from images. By using this Service, you agree to comply with the following terms.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must ensure you have the right to process uploaded images
- Do not upload images containing illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
- Do not use this Service for any illegal purposes
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse this Service
- You are fully responsible for the content of images processed using this Service
3. Prohibited Use: Official and Legal Documents
The Service does not support, and you may not use it for, removing, adding, or changing the substantive content of any official or legal document, including:
- Government-issued identification: ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, visas, residence permits, birth or marriage certificates
- Academic and professional credentials: diplomas, degree or course certificates, transcripts, exam results, professional licenses
- Financial records: bank statements, payment or transfer confirmations, invoices, receipts, payslips, tax forms
- Medical records, prescriptions, sick notes, and insurance documents
- Contracts, court papers, notarized documents, and any document bearing an official seal, stamp, or signature
Changing names, dates, amounts, numbers, seals, or signatures on such documents may constitute forgery or fraud. Pages on this website that describe document types (for example receipts or certificates) are intended only for documents you created yourself — templates, mock-ups, test data, or your own designs — and never for documents issued by another party.
You are solely and fully responsible for the images you upload and for how you use any result. RemoveTexts does not review the purpose of individual edits and accepts no legal liability for any misuse of the Service or its output. We may refuse processing, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded images. Processed images belong to you. The technology, design, and brand of this Service belong to RemoveTexts.
5. Credits and Payment
- Free users receive limited free uses with watermarked results
- Paid credits can be used to download watermark-free processed results
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased (except in special cases, see Refund Policy)
- Credits never expire
- Credits cannot be transferred to other users
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- This Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of processing results
- We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this Service
- RemoveTexts is not liable for any legal consequences, claims, or damages arising from your use of the Service or its output, including any use that violates Section 3 (Prohibited Use: Official and Legal Documents) or any applicable law
- You agree to indemnify and hold RemoveTexts harmless from any third-party claim resulting from your uploads or your use of processed images
8. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
