2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to abuse trial usage

Upload content you do not own or have permission to edit
Remove watermarks, copyright marks, or signatures to infringe others' rights
Process illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
Use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent documents
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its API

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the results you produce.

5. Credits, Payment & Refunds

Paid features are powered by credits. Purchases, credit usage, and refunds are governed by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

6. Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to images you upload and to the results you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
